Vacations are more fun when you are in top "bikini body"

You have an upcoming vacation and you want to look your best. When you hit


the beach, you want to make sure you have a head-turning, hot bikini body. You


will have a much more enjoyable vacation if you feel sexy. You will most likely


take tons of photos as well, so you will want to make sure that your body looks


in top "bikini body" shape. When you are 80 years old, you can look back on


those amazing photo's and brag at how attractive you were when you were younger.

It is easier to achieve a great "bikini body", when you have an


event coming up!

Not only are vacations more fun when you look good, it is easier to do what


is necessary when you know that you will be in a bikini soon. Most women know


what they need to do to get in top bikini body shape, it is just so easy to get


off course from their diets or workout routines. I recommend grabbing pictures


of your vacation spot and posting them up somewhere for you to see daily. Also,


find pictures of attractive women who have a bikini body that you would like to


strive towards.

Getting ready for an upcoming vacation is 1/2 the fun of taking a


vacation!

Most vacations last only 7-10 days. A great way to extend that vacation is


spending weeks working hard to get in the best bikini body shape of


your life. Obviously shopping for a vacation is fun, but reaching a high level


of fitness can be fun as well. Consistently doing what is necessary to get in


top bikini body shape is actually very rewarding. Honestly, if you


look your best, everything will be more enjoyable.

Some basic and proven steps to getting a rocking "bikini


body":

1) Eat less calories than normal each day. I know


this sounds basic, but if you burn more calories than what you eat...you will


lose weight! For best bikini body results, do this at least two months out from


your vacation.

2) Do all cardio on an empty stomach. Make sure


you don't have any carbs in your system before performing cardio. This will


ensure that you burn fat and not carb calories stored in your muscles. Ingesting


a calorie-free caffeine drink will give you energy to hit the cardio hard. You


will burn fat off your improving bikini body on a regular basis, if stick to


this rule. Try to not eat any calories of any sort 3-4 hours before working


out.

3) Perform cardio at least one hour per day, 3 weeks out from


your vacation date.
Hitting the cardio for one hour per day, 21


days in a row, will burn that last bit of stubborn body fat off that bikini body


of yours. Very few people will ever workout 21 days in a row in their lifetime.


Very few people will ever get in their best bikini body shape. If you have the


willpower to workout 21 days in a row without fail, you will reach a level that


few ever reach.

4) Workout at the gym 3-4 days per week. Hitting


the weights will have some effect on achieving a sleek bikini body, it just


won't have as dramatic of an effect as cardio and diet. Stick with a basic


lifting regime and you should be fine. You could probably get a good resistance


workout in 15-20 minutes. A bikini body is more about burning off stubborn body


fat and less about building muscle.

5) Tan that bikini body of yours. You don't want


to overdue it, but 10 sessions of 10-15 minutes at a tanning salon will give you


a bit of color and make your body look more appealing. Also, make sure and apply


lotion daily to make your skin glow.

Summary: Hopefully this gives you a great mind set into


what it takes to get that bikini body ready for the beach. You can't go wrong


with sticking with the basics...low calories and lots of cardio. There are a few


select sources of more advanced information on the Internet, but most is geared


towards bulking up...this isn't the type of advice you will want to follow. A


great bikini body is about lower body fat, not bigger muscles.
